Designing with Apple's Human Interface Guidelines on the Web

Apple's Human Interface Guidelines aren't just for native apps. Many of the same principles — clarity, deference, depth — translate beautifully to the web.

Here's how I used CSS variables to build a light/dark theme with SF Pro-inspired typography and smooth transitions.

Small details, like 200ms ease transitions and 16px corner radii, make a huge difference.
